Because every Knotty Things item is handmade in small batches, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor handmade variations
• Normal wear after use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at knottythingsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

I want you to love your Knotty Things piece! If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out and I’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
