Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom Orders: Custom pieces are handmade to order and typically require 3–4 weeks of processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, design complexity, and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. ♡

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

Once your order has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are outside of Knotty Things' control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Knotty Things is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Knotty Things is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. I'll happily assist however I can.
